"I have been with State Farm a long time. Both when I lived in Indiana and since I have lived in MO. We all know you get what you pay for, and it couldn't be more true than since I have been with Dan. Dan is my agent and I couldn't be any happier. Here's the reason why: if I ever have any problem or questions Dan has surrounded himself with the best of the best office people. If I ever have a question or an issue I need help with Rylie Sealey is quick to go the extra mile to help me. I have always heard and believe it to be true "that to be a true success you need to surround yourself with great people." Dan has done just that. Rylie will do what ever it takes and has always been a lady of her word. If she tells you something you can count on it to be true. If she says she will look into something and will call you back, she does. I have never had to worry about having to make a second call because Rylie gets it done and then calls to keep me updated. I have been in management and knows how hard it is to get good good help. Rylie is much more than good help. I don't know if Rylie will ever see this but Dan I hope you know how lucky you are."

"Update: Reducing my rating after a solicitation call from an agent trying to sell me more insurance. I had to politely express my disinterest twice as he did one declination was not enough to end the call. I do not remember his name. Keaton is helpful. "I have insured my home and cars with State Farm for over 40 years and they have always treated me well. Imagine my surprise when as I approach 65 years old, that State Fram offer Medicare "medigap" supplements as well! Keaton has been very helpful answering all my Medicare questions, and has helped alleviate the stress of researching for this next stage in my life."
